jean fuhry so I punched the Wagyu Ox tail. to prepare stewed ove rice. this was the first time trying Wagyu. to be honest I was not please I guess wagyu has more fat to give it a buttery flavor but it turn out to be very greasy. in the future I'll stick with the Angus ox tail.
