The Angus Half Beef Box has all the top-notch cuts: Ribeye, T-bone, Sirloin, Chuck, Sirloin Tip and Top Round steak, Short ribs, ground, roasts, and patties. Weighing in at 25 lbs, this pack is a steal for folks without a big freezer or with a cozy clan.

This specially curated box will contain:

5 lbs Ground 1lb Packs
3 lbs Patties 1lb packs
3 lbs short ribs
6 lbs roast
8 lbs steak  (1 ribeye, 1 t-bone, mix of sirloin, chuck, sirloin tip, eye of round)

To secure your beef box:

1. Pay our $50 deposit to reserve your box; this will be deducted from the final balance.
2. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct from our farm. 
3. Your remaining balance of $220 will be due at pickup.
